Merry Christmas

One of my Christmas traditions is to watch A Christmas Carol.

 Although my favorite is the The Muppet's Christmas Carol.

What did you wish for this year?

A puppy?

A pony?

 A sweet little robot?

A dance party?

 A pouffy dress with pouffy sleeves?

 No? That must have been me when I was ten.

Well if you wished for snow and you live near me, you definitely got your wish this year.

 Merry Christmas,

 and you can stop wishing for snow now.

Sketchin' Time

 I've been drawing roses all my life, though this one looks a little like a rose with magnolia leaves.

 I've been watching Gravity Falls on the Disney Channel.

 So here are slightly more realistic versions of the twins, Dipper

  and Mabel Pines.

 This is from a dream I had once, I remember I was wearing a beaded dress of  red dupioni silk.

Thanksgiving Week Sketches

 This week I sketched an eclectic mix of drawings.

 I started with a continuation of characters from my book that I drew last week.

Then I drew a couple dancers.

Then I got really busy and kept it simple for the day before and the day of Thanksgiving.
